For all of you who have done T-top conversions. What would you rate the difficulty level of the whole process? Point being do you think three 18 year old, with very little to no experience, kids could pull it off with internet guides?
It is something you really need to take your time with. As long as you do your homework and have the cash flow - by all means go for it. Just, for something like that, you really gotta be sure your gonna be able to do it because its not reversible if you make a mistake(at least not for cheap). Sorry, don't mean to scare you, just being honest :)

i'm 23 and did mine bymself.. i took my laptop outside and read and looked that the pictures over and over. i've never did anything like that.
i can take pictures of mine off if u wanted to see more pics of where to cut the metal bars at. cutting the fiberglass roof off was easy. u gotta use a dremel with a cut off wheel though i believe. then a electric saw to cut the 2 metal bars. the hardest part is cutting the weld spots out on the bottom of the roof (one of the last steps)..
ttops are usually a 100 each on ebay. i got mine for 100 for both from someone on craigslist locally. then bought the rest of the stuff off ebay. weather stripping, lock brackets, center bar, a-pillars, b-pillars
