Re: HELP!!! led gauges
Bruit force :P hahhaha no really I found the easiest way to do it, Get a long flat head.. there are two tabs on the top and bottom and the front clear part will seperate.. Pull that out then pull the cluster out. Other wise it is just twisting.. tilt steeering wheel all the way down.
Oh yeah afte ryou put it back in, do not put it all together. Turn on the car and make sure the LEDS light up. If they are backwards.. will not light up. Since they are polarity sensitive..

x2. Luckily I thought of that when I did mine. Tilt the steering wheel as others have said, and manuver the gauges till they come out.'99 Mountaineer AWD 5.0 - 4300K HID, Some Bolt-ons

Re: HELP!!! led gauges
Only problem with LEDS on e-bay you get some bad cheap ones at tims. I have 2 go bad already. I put red LEDS, at first put red bulbsn that did ot work near as well there is a light blue tint to the guages so came out purple. With the red LEDs it is a bright red.
