I take it the car was blue to begin with? saw the engine bay was blue.. But again, the first posting of pictures shows that the car was sanded down for prep and I see the blue there too.
my one question was; when you sprayed your base, I thought there was a certain time limit before you 'had' to lay a coat of clear to seal up the base?
Also, primer out of a paint bomb? then base color and clear? arnt you worried about a chemical reaction? I guess it all really depends on the type of paint you decide to use. I stand by PPG, yet I pay the price too. I cant wait till it warms up and i get my camaro tore apart so I can drop everything, put it on stands and get her painted. Just cant figure out what color I want to slap on her.

Also you mentioned orange peel? was this on the base or the clear? kinda figured with your metallic, sanding or (color sanding) the metallic would take the flake out. Course I did read that you re-sprayed the effected area.
