I think it works, but you need some shine somewhere. I'd suggest clear coating your tail lights and side markers, some inserts, maybe some chrome tips, then tint and lowering springs and it would all tie together nicely imo.

im getting stainless inserts for the back panel, the taillights i originally intended to be matte black but now with the panel i think its too much satin right now, so im probably going to pick up some clear coat tomorrow... if i just spray it over the taillights as they are will it look ok? or should i wet sand them a little to get some of the satin clear off?

Yeah, the tails probably looked good before the berger, but it's a bit much now. I'd go ahead and sand off some of that clear coat so it doesn't end up too thick. Just wet sand with 400, then 800 or 1000 to smooth it out before clear.

The panel looks good. Better work than I probably would've done painting it. Luckily I didn't take a crack at it before I sold it to ya. lol. I like the rims too, but, you need some lowering springs. Looks like a 4x4 right now.

Dont know if its just me but, im feelin a hockey stripe for some reason, and i usually dont like them. They look good on pewter/silver tho. But yea, stainless inserts sound good, some nice tips, tint, and the idea about the blacked out tails with none on the reverse light sounds cool and would probably look good with the berger. Something i would like to see. Maybe someone can photoshop it or something.

id love to have a hockey stripe but im thinking it might be too much, and i would hate to go through all the work putting it on, just to take it off. already had tint and got harassed weekly until i took it off the front windows. i think im going to do the taillights like someone else mentioned, wet sand them down and niteshade again just leaving the reverse lights white, with the same darkness level but just gloss instead of satin.

anybody good with photoshop and can give me an idea of what those taillights would look like? if you need a different angle let me know
