Up underneath the car. Take the bolts out of the plastic panel, drop it, and get up in there. There are like 3 or 4 screws that hold each one in. I think it's the same for all of the fbodies, but I'm not sure. (Maybe the newer ones you can get from the top). This is how I did my 96' Camaro though.2004 CE Corvette 10.86@132mph
