I have a blown tweeter on the driver side of my '02 bird and it's making awful raspy noises. I don't have the scratch to buy new speakers yet so im wondering if anyone can give me any pointers on how to remove the door panel so i can just disconnect it for right now. Will i need any special tools?
You'll just need a Phillips screw driver. My guess is screw positions are the same between birds and maros. There are two screws right around the handle, one right behind the handle and another on the front part. The two main screws are on top of the main handle. and double check to make sure you have all your the screws out, cause theres 4 in my camaro, but firebirds have diff door panels and you definatley dont want to break something.
