whats your thoughts on the xenon body kit

the only thing is if I buy just the front part I don't want my car to look half *** and out of place help please or do I really need one of these kits Im already getting the ss hood so I figured this would take it to another level but it just cost too much for the pieces that you get. The front part is affordable for 200 dollars

I've never understood why they can't just connect the two pieces. It looks unfinished or broken IMO.

If you have an RS, then a new front piece would be fine, but if you don't have a body kit, I wouldn't recommend just the front fascia.

I love my Xenon kit. IMO, it kicks major ***. But, yeah. You have to have the whole kit and the rectangular tips to fit the spaces in the back.

Yes I've always been fond of how that kit looks and I plan on getting it sometime next year for my drag car. I don't care if it weighs it down a little bit more, the looks are worth it rather than no body kit or even the factory body kit. I do think it will look great with a little more spoiler like the factory kit has.

okay now that is settled how do you keep the kit from getting scratched up from the street I would hate to buy it and get it painted then damage it on the same day I get it painted

i personally dont mind it. i have the stock gfx, and love them. I think camaros look really bad without any gfx...

They will get scratched unless you take curbs and speed bumps and whatever else carefully at a nice slow angle. Pisses people off behind you but makes you happy that they don't scratch.

the last person you want to quote, you hit regular quote and it will put in all the "-" ones too

you start to have cooling probs. that is why the stock rs chin spoiler is designed with the vents.

make sure you use primer that sticks to polyurethane and a lot of flex agent in the paint if you paint it yourself
