My New 1999 Camaro

It has the smoked halo headlights, berger panel painted black, 18x9.5 black Z06 wheels, window tint, and Z28 exhaust. Car on the inside is perfect. Kind of high mileage 140k. I bought it for $3000. What do you think?

Sounds like a decent price as long as the car was maintained, and I'd say most people that mod cars maintain them decently. The engine should be good for much more assuming it wasn't beat too bad.

I will be the third owner. The first owner was an older man who kept the car factory, the second owner was my cousin. lol He put the rims/etc on it, and I know he didn't abuse it at all.

While I do think chrome and white go well, the black rims really tie into the theme very well. Give it some time and see whether or not they grow on you. Chrome wheels with all the other black accents won't tie in as well as the black.

Def paint the roof black. Do that before you get rid of the rims. It might make the rims look even better than they already do.
