I took the carpet off and put black leather grain vinyl on. It took me a whole day and I think I did all right.

I only got a chance to do the driver side door. I will do the passenger side next weekend and if you guys want I will take more pics of the whole process and write a how to if anybody wants to use my method. Later

One question: how are those pieces attached to the door? i've had the leather for this project sitting around for a good month and a half now but haven't found the time to start in. Are they glued on? Clipped on?
They are sorta clipped on. The peice can be pulled off of the panel. I did this and just stapled a white fabric around my cars original red. then glued and clipped back in the peice to the panel.
