3.8 Emblem... too ford?

Long story short, got ram air factory hood on my 3.8 and sick of racing people and they expect more out of my car considering it looks like a ls1 (formula). I know of fourth circle designs but i want a nice looking emblem rather than a decal so i got to hunting around and i found this emblem

. Its nice looking and all (reminds me of ws6 emblem) but the only bad thing is it seems to be a ford thing. Mainly ford mustang websites that sell it but i have found some elsewhere. So im looking for a second opinion on weither or not this would stick out as a ford thing cause I dont want to be found on the road dead...

i would say its too related to mustang because of the old 289 HI-PO engine

It's actualy kind of GM looking for a ford. I expected it to look like a 5.0 emblum with different numbers. But if you relly want to stay true to GM and let people know what motor you have you could put 3800 or 3800 v6 across the side of your ram scoops. Maby get one of those decals that go across the scoop with letters cut out.

Well I got these for the hood scoop like where the transams have v8 ram air.
Ram Air V6 Emblem
They are the ram air v6 emblems off the grand am gt's. Hoping they dont look to shabby. Going to put the 3.8 emblem on the back under the tail light like the ws6 cause i dont feel like paying for two of them lol.

That is an interesting site, the 4.2 would have been good for that stroker build. Does anyone know of a site like that for our cars?

theres a site that makes custom emblems.. alot of people on ls1tech.com use it. u just pay for each letter/number.
