I'm sure there's a way, it's just a matter of how easy it is. I haven't had mine out so I couldn't tell you for sure, but I'd imagine it wouldn't be something you just pop it out and pop a new one in.

so will the leds come out and can they be changed if a couple are burned out?

I dont know anything about the 3rd brake light but it you should be able to unsolder them and put new in? I mean dont take me for knowing but all the LEDs should just be soldered in?

they arent leds. they are in fact a rather common bulb. try taking a t-15 (torx) bit to the 2 screws that hold the lens on, and pop the bulbs out with your bare hands. theyre similar to a christmas light, only much bigger and theyre clear.

Read the OP, it's a SS spoiler. We can assume 98+ as there are only 2 bulbs total and he state's, "2 of the leds are not lighting up."

The only way to really find out is to take it out and look. If I could guess, there is a small board that the leds are mounted on, then soldered in, and then cast in a plastic shell. But there is no telling for sure unless you take a look at it. Plus there are several different manufacturers of SS spoilers, and all have different lights, so the design may not be exactly the same spoiler to spoiler.
