Found them on craigslist, brand new, never ridden on. Was quite the drive though through rain and snow..car was freshly cleaned before I left..ha.

I got a sweet deal on them, so I'm undecided as to whether I'll just resell them or put them on the car. If I keep them, the shooters will be my winter rims, otherwise I'll sell them and put the money elsewhere. I do love the looks of them though. I think they'd look amazing with some huge brembo brakes behind them in flat black, but if I do put them on the car, they'll be chrome.. for a while anyway.

Man I was right with you. I checked craigslist quite a bit and never saw anything of any use to me, and everything that was was very expensive. I recently decided on a T-Top conversion so I was searching nearby cities for some t-tops when I came across these searched under "t-tops camaro." It was a deal I couldn't pass up so I picked them up before someone else did.

I'll need a winter beater before I put big brakes on, as my shooters wouldn't fit any longer, nor would my drag rims. I don't plan on getting all season tires so I'll need something.

I don't think I would have said your wheels suck because they don't and I've never thought so. I've never thought, however, that the C5 Z06 wheels go well with early 4th gens, and 18s all around isn't my style. Though chrome isn't my first choice, it's not something I'm willing to ruin unless there is some kind of defect.

and i like both pairs of schlotskys not including the DR's
i itnhk they will look good on your car but i can see them being a bit of a hassle

unless you are really picky about cleaning, it takes forever to get my chrome wheels looking how i want them
