i'm a fan of the Ram Air hood myself, but if u dont plan to get the Ram Air intake box eventually, get the Raptor...

It's the intake box that came on cars w/ the Ram Air hood...instead of an underhood intake, it accepts air from the openings in the hood...you could pull one off of any car that came w/ Ram Air, or you could order one...im sure some of the Firebird guys here could chime in and tell you where you could order one, if u wanted...

no, you don't. Furthermore, you shouldn't buy something like a hood with performance gains being your main motive. With the way our car's induction system works, hoods are purely asthetic. Get whatever you think looks best, because that's all it's going to do on your car: sit there and look pretty
