Kristen do yu have a pic like this ? this is what i dont want to see.
i used a rotary saw to cut that it took like 5 minutes. and the reason i left that 1/4 of fiberglass is so i have a little room to play with to suck up all the gap in the back. i know it is wavy but i havent finish the body work yet. last week i sanded the whole roof down because i am gonna paint it black. i have seen lots of these conversions where there was a small gap between the roof and the glass. i really wish i had gone farther a head than the 1/4 inch.

without SFC, I would imagine there is some flex in it. I just made a deal with a guy on CamaroZ28 on a set.. Im debating if I want to wait till I get the SFC on before I tackle this.. Just dont know yet.

yes but stock t-top cars do not have a load of bondo on their roof.
Right on.. There has to be a way to get that nice and smooth without all that bondo. Course there is always a way to fill it with a silicone and then smooth it out with a body filler.

i got some cracking on mine at the bottom. but then again i'm jumping off the line with 336 rwph and 412 rwt. so i might be twisting my body a little bite hehehe. not bad to fix. sand a little, bondo once. sand it smooth and paint. it was fixed in under an hour and a half:rock:
