There are several ways of doing it. One easy way is to use the image>levels and move the left arrow toward the center. I would do it for you, but my windows partition just failed which had my photoshop and I'm not familiar with the ubuntu image editing program.Comment

Do what was previously stated and just save up for new wheels... I'm glad I never ended up painting mine like my photoshops because now I don't think I'd be happy with it.Originally posted by kylerobison View Post
As far as changing the colors and getting black, I select the area, desaturate it, and then adjust the contrast, and lightness to get the black. To get other colors, desaturate and then use the color balance tool to get an initial color, and you can change it further from there.Comment

i want 17s but my tires have really good tread and theres no reason to get bigger rims at the moment. i wanted to see what the painted wheels looked like as a temp. upgradeComment
