  • 94 gauge cluster in 96?

okay....so not long ago i swapped to a lt-1 and want the 155mph gauges to go with it. i have found a cluster from a 94 with pretty much the exact mileage the new setup has on it...so i want it. i was just wanting to see if it was compatible because the 94 cars were obd1 and 96 went obd2....so anyone have any advice? also...if it will work, but only if done a particular way (the resistor or the tune, ect) please specify.
    thanks

if hes swapped in a LT1 why would his tach be off if he uses a v8 cluster? im sure its off now with a v6 cluster reading off a v8. the main question i have is, are the pin connectors different from the 94 to the 96?
