I recieved my 02 Camaro bumper. the seller forgot to mention that there is a nice rip on the driver side. About 6-8 inchs long and a small hole pencil lead (#2) size...
So does anyone know how to repair something like this? I know I can use finishing putty for finished body work, but how do I get the tear and hole repaired?
Any ideas?

Bondo has a urethane repair product out. I forgot what it's called but it's a two part type thing in tubes. I used it on my rear bumper to repair a hole from my accident. (large hole, about a silver dollar size) Not the absolute easiest stuff to work with, but it's flexible and durable.
fiberglass would work great on fiberglass and metal, but the bumper, too much flex and not a good substraight to bond too.. i'll have to find something and work with it. found one thing but its like $40 for the tube and another $50 for the tool to use the tube. lol
carbo fil by sem. ive done quite a few repairs on quite a few different substrates and have yet to see one crack out. its a rigid repair, but it adheres and dosent crack.
