My t-top conversion pics plus have a few questions
Re: My t-top conversion pics plus have a few questions
Looks good so far...
the gold piece is that the channel that the weatherstripping slides into?
If so I guess you could cut the factory ones, I just used ones off a t-top car it was already "precut"
I never built a wall in the back, and heard other not do it either. water will just go between the "roof skin" and come out right above the fender. Though building a wall will help with wind noise.
Also when you have everything fitted right... pull the weatherstriping one last time and put some black silicone undereath it.
i rattled it with gr8's write-up. i still gotta polish it out next week. here is another pic.
Hey Tom - Is that Duplicolor paint. Is it the exact match?
I have been trying to find an aerosol for my 1993 Firebird (Dark Yellow Green Metallic) but Duplicolor only sells the touch up pen. I need to respray part of my roof but I can't find the paint anywhere.

I usually have to double, triple my headlight switch for them to come up on my 97 Firebird. I cleaned all connections. Could it be the headlight switch...
