Do any of your guys' t-tops leak? A guy on these forums did my t-top conversion and the back corners leak pretty bad :( It really makes me regret having this conversion done. Ive tried to fix the leak but i have had no luck. The leak comes from under the b pillars on the rear on both sides. When it rains i need to have towels in the back corners and they are drenched when i remove them :( Anybody have any idea how to fix this? This really sucks and i feel like i ruined my car

Mine leaked pretty bad in the back in the first day before I had a chance to adjust anything (rain came on unexpectedly) But with about 5 minutes of adjusting, I fixed it up and they don't leak a drop. It's poured several times since I did my conversion and the car is bone dry inside.

I actually had to remove the weatherstripping off most of the t-top area and move it so that there is more slack to the back so it sticks out a bit more. Do this to try and get it lined up when the t-top is in. Make sure the weather strippings mesh well, and the window seals correctly. I still haven't but need to adjust the windows on both sides. Currently I have to close the doors by the windows or else they don't seal. Just needs some adjusting, but haven't taken the door panels off yet.

I found that i had a gap at the top of the window at first. What i did was put the top in and loosen the 4 latch bolts and slide the t-top ever so slightly out a bit and then tightened the bolts back up. That made the top come out a little so the weather stripping was snug against the window.

Ill get pics tomorrow but it leaks right under the b pillars on the rear. The water pours out from behind that, down the speaker grills, and all over the carpet on the sides on the back seat. Today i tried to mess with it but i had no luck and it still leaks :( I really just dont know what to do to stop this. Its really making me feel so bad about doing this and i feel like its ruined :(

We'll help you get it fixed, don't worry about it. Just need some more information. When you do get pics, start a new thread so as not to completely jack this one :)

I haven't had a chance to get pics yet as ive been really busy, but i had a question. Schlotzky do you have any gap behind the t-tops(in between sail panel and t-tops) If i had no gap here obviously it wouldn't leak. The gap is as thick as a metal part of a key like someone else said
