I picked up some spare turn signals and marker lights and got around to spraying them last week. Prepped them with some wetsanding, taping up, then sprayed about 4-5 coats of VHT Niteshade, wetsanded again, and put about 3 coats of Duplicolor Clear on them. They look solid black with the lights off, and show plenty of light with the lights on. Finally got to get some quick pics at sunset last night. Could have gotten some better ones but the camera decided to die in the middle of the impromptu shoot. I'll get some night time shots later.
Next I have to work on the stance and wheels. Really brought attention to how high the car sits. That and I'm trying to decided whether to remove the pinstripe and side molding. Maybe after summer... And yes, it's screaming for that SLP grill cover and rear fill-ins now. Working on that.
