Finally, I got my windows tinted!

Yup ... Drove 85 miles to Shades of Gray and got my Z tinted along with my friends BMW 135i... These guys are amazing ... they are connected with so many different forums (i.e. bmw, wrx, etc) and everyone raves about them ... I absolutely hate all my local tint shops because of their sh*tty tint films and crappy employees .... The dynamic duo (Ryan and Damon) did an excellent job ... these are car enthusiasts who talks about your car before they even start working on them... If you live in jersey/phily area, you should def go to them or give them business because they use the best films, stand by their install, very friendly and gives u good price (they quoted me $50 cheaper than my local :eek: ) ....

It looks really dark but it really isn't ... sun was hitting from the opposite that's why it seems really dark ...here are some pics that I took upon arriving jersey ..

what % did you go with? looks like they did a great job, too bad you couldn't go darker.

I went with 20% ... My previous Camaro had 20%...so I am used to it and anything darker would affect my nighttime driving .. oh um yeah, i'll be local cops favorite car to pull over...

I absolutely hate that concept.... I see too many cars with different shades (front different than the back) ... IMO, your tint should be same all around the car .... It keeps the car balanced ...

wow it really looks good! if i didn't live in central ohio i would drive to got mine done again bc there is NO one in my area that has done a good job

Maybe it's just the shape of the windows, but those sides look like 35% to me. Looks really good though, big improvement.

IMO. that is way to light of tint. I know it's illegal, but it just looks so much better dark.

It's def dark .. the lighting makes all the difference ...take a look at these pics

Can you imagine what Cops will do to me if I went 5%???Here's a hint, remember that video, "in the butt" ... umm yeah... my bro have 10% in his lancer and and got a tint ticket already in less than 1 month :(

I thought the exact same thing when I tinted my windows!! The installer seemed a little shocked by that....
