Does anyone here have the Vision auto ram air hood? im buying a new hood and this is the cheapest one ive found (im on a budget), but im a little worried that its not a good hood cause the product picture is a pic of a stock WS6 hood on a 35th aniversery trans am and not their actual hood. If its not a perfect fit i can live with it but if its a complete POS then il find something else

True, but I want to get this done soon since there is a big ugly dent in my hood and I dont come by money very easy (minimum wage). If I can get a hood that is made of the exact same material and looks the same for less then i deffinatly want to go that route....although it is only 40 dollars more for the VFN.
I just got a VFN and looks smokin hot! took to a body shop for fit and basecoat $200. Just need hood pins now. The cheaper stuff will have as many waves as hawaii. the VFN has minor ripples, i can live with it. A little body filler and block sanding will make for mirror smooth.

Does the VFN hood not have a latch? and if it does need hood pins does it at least bolt on to the factory hinges?
