x2 I still say buy a junker hood and make a cool hood though :tup: No tellin what you might get out of something like that
ive never done any fab work. but i have been looking at pictures for ideas.
its surprising how similar the c6 front end is to the 93-97. the z06 hood/bumper scoop could probably be done to look cool but it would require modding the bumper too. and im not sure if it would be easy enough to make it functional without being totally custom.
the vis g-force hood, i dont have it listed, looks promising. im emailing for more pictures. they also have another hood with no pictures at all.
I hate to bring up an old thread but, I actually know that guy, probably the smartest guy I've ever talked to when it comes down to the 3.8l. He's since had the hood painted, but left the CF on the edges.
