Is this a good deal?

I wouldn't call it a good deal. It's run of the mill average. Many people that have those tires don't really like them all that much, but they are still performance tires. Personally I'd check local listings like craigslist, you never know what you'll find. I got my set of perfect never mounted chrome C6 Z06 wheels for 200 bucks.
Also check places like ls1.com and ls1tech, there are always people selling wheels, and will be cheaper than that.
