ram air hood

hey there is a shop not to far from my house called certifit. they sell direct relpacement parts for cars and they have a ram air hood that will fit my 01 firebird for $250. this just seems very cheap to me. any thoughts?

my friend has a 91 camaro rs and bought a new fender for his car there for about $30 and its looks perfect

ask them, see if you can see the hood, check for imperfections. some companies sell things cheaper to get it off the self. you might be suprised... ask them if there are fitment issues if you can return it, hell they might even install it for ya.. if they say no returns, you might be able to hock it off on here. someone would take it and make it fit better..
