Looking for an overlay or kit to replace my old guage lights? Gotta a few that are out and a change would be nice. Also how difficult is it to get the dash off and pul the cluster to work on it?
    Thanks

    Re: Searching for gauges

you don't have to pull the dash to pull the cluster, you just have to pull the cluster bezel, it pops off, then there are four bolts holding the bezel in.

so far this is the best I found. There is a guy on ebay that sells a set for the v6... but I have a camaro with the TA bezel, and this covers the oil, water and battery pics on the cluster. Mace. actually put those on the overlays. a little pricey.. but they look good.
the ebay guy has a lifetime warr. on them as long as its not an install error.
MISC: 01 parts. Some interior, T top kit, seats etc.

You know who has good looking ones is TheGr8Schlotzky. On his cardomain he has pics of his gauges. I have always wanted to know where he got them from. I like how they glow blue. Maybe he would be kind enough to tell us where he got them.

Sorry if this is out of the topic,
About the LEDS in the first url you gave, Do you think those LEDS are good replacement for the bulbs that light the window and lock bottons on the panel doors?

He probably made them himself, seeing as how he made his own tail lights and also FIXED his rear fender.

You can email or call them, Im sure they have something that you can choose from. I have delt with them back in 03 when I first joined. Got my TA bezel from them. they were great to work with, and the shipping was crazy fast.

Not to thread hijack, but these will also fit a Firebird right?

                      Re: Searching for gauges

I found mine on ebay a long time ago. I've noticed they come and go. as of now, it doesn't look like they are selling any like mine. I sold my old v6 gauges in my car domain a while back for the z cluster and got the same type gauges off ebay. Just keep an eye out on there.
