i dont care if it is aftermarket i just dont really want to spend over 250. there is a company by my house called critfit and they have one for 230 but there dont have any in stock and cant order one for me ugh that suck so bad .

But some of it was damaged/cracked

yes it was, but it is already painted, has some nice ram air decals and will take a little bit of TLC to be a nice hood.

btw it was 350$ after shipping.

you should expect to pay upwards of 500$ for a ram air hood.

your best bet is to keep your eyes open for someone selling a hood that is either slightly damaged or go to a junk yard if your looking to spend so little money.

Good luck finding one for $250. I bought mine for $275 off eBay but had to get it painted = $150. I didn't have to pay shipping either, just picked it up.

Got mine off Craigslist.com for $350. Suncoast Creations Predator hood. Just needed to be painted, but I was about to get the whole car repainted anyway at the time so that was no concern. Keep an eye out on there, I've found lots of nice stuff.
