I have a Navy Blue one off a 2k camaro, never had badges or anything ever installed on it.
I'll sell it to you for $30+ shipping, might not be too bad from Orlando but might be $20 to ship.
Also not trying to sell mine, but honestly I don't think you will get it to look ok just scuffing up a back one, it will just looked like an old worn out scuffed up black one, The clearcoat will be wierd.
Cheapest, clean it up, scuff it with a scotchbright pad, then just hit it with some satin Black paint. If you want to spend a few bucks, take it off the car to a body shop and get an estimate, I think someone got one done professionally for like $50 around here.
PM me soon, I am packing to move and I might move it as well.

no thanks man im pretty sure i can fine one thats closer to me at one of the many junk yards around here.
well the rubbing compound idea is definatly out
so yeah my only other option is to paint it, i have primers and sand paper already should i bother with them or do you tihnk it would work fine without it?
I mean if you already have some primer go for it.... just scuff up the clear, then spray it satin black.
not that its the same, but when I did my t-top conversion I just hit all the unpainted paint with a scotch bright pad to rough it up then did threw on some duplicolor satin. worked great for like 2-3 years.
