Has anyone here since I've posted this exchanged email with brent franker? is he alive? this guy just won't email me. I may be just a little impatient, but he runs a huge site, he should reply to emails I think. Wondering if I've been had... I mean its not like I expected it the next day, but an email would be nice. I even checked email while I was deployed in Afghanistan. Surely if he is on vacation or somthing he still checks it...

remember, its not like this is his job just making stickers for people

im sure he has a busy light outside of the fbody world.

just be patient, he isnt going to rip you off, but you are probably annoying him with a ton of emails

well I guess I put my foot in my mouth. I received them today, went to put them on, and completely jacked up the "O"... I am so mad at myself. I emailed him and asked him what he'd charge for just another "o". These things are very hard to set in there straight. jeez. so angry. anyways, no harm to brent, they were great quality, but I couldn't manage the LAST letter. :-/

sounds like you didnt install them right

did you read the directions?

you are suppose to use water and soap and spray it on the car, then stick your letter on, you can position it correctly, then once the water dries out, they will be stuck there forever

I just got an email from him the other day, something about him having to get on a plane. I asked if I could upgrade my order to a more expensive color if it wasnt to late. I get an email saying sorry for the delay (which was never an issue nor did i say anything) but he also offered to upgrade me free of charge. point of the story he's a really cool guy.

they make sticker remover, but im not sure if it is damaging to paint or not

you could also try goo gone.. but same thing

i would try to get a sharp blade and try and peel it off as best as you can

i've ordered from brent franker before, he's got some great selection and good prices.

He is an extremely busy individual and his stuff took about 2 weeks to get to me. I emailed him once just to make sure he hadn't forgotten and i got an email saying he was sorry and he was busy but he hadn't forgotten. A few days later i got them, no big deal. I thanked him and forgot about it.

point being, if you order from Frank, just expect it to be a little while before you get your stuff.
