Not sure if it's factory. Looks a little dark to be Medium Blue, and almost too light to be Quasar Blue. But maybe was repainted Electron Blue? Could be a custom, or a twist off of a factory color.

It's Medium Quasar Blue Metallic. Here's the same car, saved a bunch of his pics a while back. He photoshops alot of his pictures to give it a more deeper blue look. This pic hasn't been photoshopped though.

I also realize the license plates and rims are different between the OP's picture and these 2. But it is the same car, and both plates in the pictures are Tennessee plates.

Paint code is 80, not positive on the WA number, but it may be 9544

do u know what year they offerd tat color? i looked up the wa and it just says Quasar Blue not Medium Quasar Blue are they the same color?

That's why I wasn't sure on the WA. The color was offered from 93-97, some years it states its called Quasar Blue Met., other years it states it's called Medium QBM... I looked it up on camarosource.ca. They list the paint code as 80 for every year, but only 93 has the WA listed.
