Well update, I should get the car back Mon., they had a few minor problems but got them worked out. They had to shoot it with a couple of more coats of clear, now they need to cut and buff it out. He said it came out great, just needed to work out some small details , because he would not let a car go out of his shop unless it is done right. Fine with me just as it looks great. Will get pics as soon as I get it back.

I get to pick up the car tomorrow, I'm so excited, he said it looked outstanding when they had it out today, they were still cutting and buffing some areas, he said black is the hardest color to get right. Picks will be as soon as I get home.

True that. But it's soooo worth it when it is done right. I'm taking my car in in a couple weeks to have the SS spoiler repainted as well as my quarterpanel, rear bumper and some other random stuff.

To anyone curious, the spray paint I did on the quarterpanel still looks great, but I'm getting it repainted for other reasons, like the cracking bondo in front of the wheel well which i didn't know existed until it cracked.

^ You should just have the whole car repainted since your doing alot of panels, when they sanded and primered my car down they found other dings I didn't even know about , so they fixed all of them. I just need to get tail lights like yours, they look great. I got some tint for my carbon fiber altezzes to darken them more and some more transpartent tint for the rear sides. I found my set of clear headlight covers in some boxes from the move into the new house from Nov., so I'm going to put them on also. Good luck with yours, how much are they charging you for the panels? Also how much would they charge for a new paint job?

Got the car back today late, pissed me off that they didn't clean it up after they were done. So I'll get it cleaned up tomorrow and will have some pics. They left dust in the all over the inside of the car and on the tires and body. No tip for them, will be calling the owner tomorrow as well. Car came out great though.

Bahhhh too many people just don't go that extra mile anymore. That's sad because that's what makes a good business. No wonder our economy is in trouble.

500 bucks.

I just bought a pair of the new 5 led sidemarkers that just popped up on ebay as well as the black set of LED tails that they are going to tint jet black included in the price. I got a new bumper, it's sitting in my closet and will be going on when I take it in. So the quarter panel, the spoiler, tinting the tails, front and side markers, repainting the sharkfin, and straightening out the bumper frame. They are giving me a great deal since my dad did so much business with them. Painting the whole car would be a considerable amount more. Plus he said he'd give me a good discount so that if I get the rest of the car painted later on, I'd be getting pretty much the same deal as if i had it all done right now.

^ Sorry, I don't get up till around 11am unless I have a DR. appt. will try and get some pics. I worked on it last night cleaning it up and threw my back out again, so not moving well again until the Oxycotin, muscle relaxers, and nerve blockers kick in. I will post them on my car domain site. Since I still don't understand how to post pictures on here, I get lucky sometimes and might get 1 to go on. I'll get pics of new seats too. But the interior is still dusty , so keep that in mind and also I will be doing the transparent tint on the back side markers and rear light on the SS wing. Also 35% tint on the tail lights( Still waiting for the tint) I should of just went with VHT. I might try and get my front grill on if not it is the same grill as when it was white.
