I finally tossed those headlight covers and got bold.. and did the whistler mod and installed 6000k HIDs for my lights (fogs and headlights)...
As for the fogs looking yellow, it is probably because I have a cheap camera and the angle was weird.. but don't worry, they're white as can be.

P.S. Excuse her, she's a lil dirty.. haven't had a car wash recently due to weather but still great for 120k =] I also need to get the headlights done. They're a lil foggy and scratched. I'm just so lazy to do them

P.S.S. next project is some nice coilovers/springs, i know she's a lil high. :rant:

Looks good., just need to lower the front some, QA-1's on the front would be great so you could adjust your height to what you want. So no scraping.

very nice work sir! agreed she needs to be lowered to give her a better stance, but other than that looks pretty sick. ever considered going with projector halos instead of the modded stock assemblies?

What type of digital camera and picture hosting did you use?

If I was in Las Vegas weather I'd make time to clean them headlamp lenses.

I was actually debating on that for the longest time. I originally wanted the exact halo projectors you have (Dual CCFL Black). After debating with a few friends, we decided to just do the whistler. The projectors are awesome but just not for my car and the style I was trying to portray. They do look quite nice on your car though. Thanks about the whistler mod :naughty:

I used like a 4-5 year old Sony 5.1MP cybershot (DSC-P100); nothing special. For my picture hosting I'm using photobucket. I will eventually get to the headlamp lenses. One of my friends will do it for free for me; he works at shelby body shop, but he will do it free for a little side job. I guess he said I just have to pay for the rubbing compound that he likes to use at the shop. Supposingly it is $60 for everything. Does that sound like a good deal?

x3 on side molding! the whistler seemed to do the trick for ya so it looks great even without projectors...my ls1 is white like your 3800 but has ground fx, i might try the whistler on her :cool:

ever think of maybe throwing out that stock plastic grille insert along with the side moldings? a billett or rksport black grille would look pretty nasty with your theme imo.

$60 to polish your lamps, wtf...rubbing compound should be like >$10. Hes taking you for a ride.
