the eiback pro kit springs says it lowers the camaro 1.4" in front and rear. Would that be enough for my car?

definitely. that's what i have on mine and i love the results! i'd say it probably sits a lil lower than the 1.4 (at least in my case) which is plenty, especially with your rims/tires setup. dont forget your supporting suspension mods to go with them tho---some new shocks (mine are kyb until i can afford some nice qa1's later), lca brackets, and consider an adjustable panhard to get that rear end lined up after the drop.
