Wheel size question

My father-in-law is giving me the stock rims from his 2006 Corvette. They are 18s in the front and 19s in the rear. My question is will the 19s in the back effect power? You know bigger wheel to turn?

not power of the engine, but power to the wheels yes, but on a car like that the performance decrease is not even going to be noticeable
