please dont fill that panel in especially on a black car. it looks plain and boring. get stainless inserts.

I like the way it looks filled in on your car, but I think I'm going to keep it on mine and get the stainless inserts to tie into the chromies when then go on.

Thanks for the replys, ^ but can't go too dark, end up getting a ticket or something. The cops in Surprise are ticket hunters.lol

I think you will be fine if you go darker. I am out in surprise all the time, and even on base, and never had any problems. Also if you do get a ticket, its going to be a fix it ticket and just put your old lights back on ( or borrow mine) for a pic, take that to the judge, and you are done.

I know alot of the cops in Surprise, EL Mirage, Peoria, Buckeye, PHX, Alot of County Sheriffs and Chandler and around town and the judges and prosecutors they would do it just for spite.LOL They did let me off a criminal speeding ticket last year, because I found a flaw in the ticket, when the dike cop who was in the Academy class below me tried to write me the criminal speeding ticket(who even knew me in the academy). First thing I said to the prosector was where did this Officer learn how to write speeding tickets, he asked me how I wanted to handle it , I told him I know I was speeding so I'll just go to driving school. He went to go confirm it with the judge and said go to the casher and pick up your packet for driving school locations. I went to the class which was over booked, 25 seats and 50 people, told the instructor I'm disabled and can't be in here with all these people , she took my money and ask like 2 questions and I left. It took 2 hours with driving there and coming home. But anyways It is alot darker in person , the flash lights up the transparent tint so your not actually seeing how dark it really is. Trust me, I bought 2 cans and used 1 just on the tail lights.

Your not far away at all my buddy Bill Wiegt the Peoria cop who was shot/disabled , I go down off Grand and 83th to the police station once in awhile to go visit him and go out to lunch. If my back wasn't messed up I was going to be working down there limited duty, helping him out. He's doing in office Detective work, just follow ups on cases on the phone. Now my AZPOST cert is expired DEC. 08' , I'm completly done with law enforcement.
