Since all i'm really doing is whoring out my car with pics of new mods i figured i'd just stick this in appearance.
Ended up using a small part of the old intake elbow, a few parts from my old k&n intake and a few pieces from the new ram air kit. The hardest part was the tubing to get to the throttle body. It all had to fit together and i ended up using 4 different parts and 5 hose clamps. but if you had looked at the intake with the filter out you would see how much of a straight shot to the throttle body it ended up being. No impediments at all. also had to chop up a lot of stuff but it turned out great in the end. I was also able to keep my crankcase ventilation pipe for which i am very thankful because most people have to put a filter on it after adding a ram air kit. the IAT sensor had JUST enough length to fit into the grommet on the new kit. I gave the filter a recharge and she really did seem to pick up some throttle response but nothing substantial over my cold air intake. Either way, it now makes that ws6 hood full functional!! I also had to get a longer bolt for the radiator shroud which held the kit down but i found one easily at Valu.
