factory snowflakes to chrome?

i like the snowflake design but i want chrome rims.... any way to make them chrome? like a place tht does chrome plating? or would it be cheaper to hunt down used ones?

Do you have any pictures of what type you're talking about? I'm thinking of the 2nd gen type found on the T/A, but I did a google search and found some for a 4th gen camaro: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Camar...11510002r37759

Then, there are These Rims that yearone.com sells, and they are just all-out badass (but expensive)!! I think any firebird or trans am with these rims on it would look nasty! ...in a good way.

those are snowflake rims

and dont bother getting them chromed, you can probably buy a chromes set for cheaper

its around ~$100 a wheel to get it chromed.. i already looked into it.

yea, you can powder coat the rims chrome...
but i would just get new wheels, the stock snowflakes look like crap, i even prefer salad shooters
