Just bought some 17x9.5 C6 Style Hyper Black Rims off Ebay,I got some Yokohama S Drives in 275/40/17 on them.

They start with the raw rim and powder coat the black,then they spray silver and polish it,then they clear coat them.

They look incredible in person,the pics don't do them justice and look body color or polished,black or grey depending on the angle.

Right from the item description:

Hyper black. First step is a layer of epoxy primer to adhere to the aluminum. The second step is a black powder coat to create the foundation. This is followed with a translucent silver allowing the black to become visible through the silver, producing the color hyper black. Then the outer lip is precision machined with a coolant and ceramic bite, leaving a fine machined aluminum appearance. The final process is two layers of clear coat. This wheel has a very professional appearance.

Yeah they are/were kind of dirty and they were wet.

I need a better digital camera,what do you want for $5.00:o

I will get a better camera(maybe a $10.00 one;) ) this week and get some pics up

Those are the exact wheels I'm looking to get. Hyperblack and all. Get someone who has a good camera to let you borrow it for 5 minutes and take some decent pics. Either that or clean the lense.
