    headlight "bag"....

    i have some kind of crap around the bottom of my headlights, and for the life of me i cant get it off. i dont know wht it is or how it got there. ive used normal car wash stuff, bug & tar remover and alcohol but i cant get it off. any suggestions?

    Try using a clay bar to get it off.
