New Underhood Dress-Up

A bitter sweet moment today, i got in my under hood dress up kit. I guess it will get to chill in my closet for a while, as the Freak will be down for some time to come. Anyways, here are the pics. I don't think they do them justice. The covers themselves are made of 1/8in acrylic, and all the emblems are made of the same. The only thing that worries me is how bad the black shows scratches, but i will just be extra careful with them.

Shipping took a little longer then i would have liked. However there was a little trouble with the supplier, as these were originally supposed to be powder coated aluminum. I couldn't be much happier with them though, and cant wait to finally get them on. Any one that wants more info about where to get them and the price, ill be more then happy to help.

by the way, on all the other forums i go by FreakV6, so thats where the name comes from. I tried getting it changed to that on here, but to no avail.

A company i found on the ls1.com boards. They are called Third Shift Studios. They do all kinds of custom emblems and dress up pieces.

The one for freakv6 and Performance 3800 sits on top of the battery coving it.
The one with the red Chevy symbol covers the top of the pcm.
The one with CAMARO and the camaro nose emeblem covers both of the fuse panels.

As far as cost, i paid around $175 shipped. Originally this was only going to be vinyl graphics, but because shipping was taking so long, he upgraded it to the 3d acrylic emblems.
