so i was wondering of anyone knows a way or product that will get rid of the famous camaro headlight haze. ive tryed the plastic polish kit that has the polish and the buffer pad for a drill and and a few other things and they worked but you can still see the haze. its not really bad but you can tell there is some haze.

Fixed My Yellow/Cracked Headlight Today (Pics)

The step-by-step link found on that page:

Headlight Restoration Project "How To" with Pics

Follow the steps in those links and with a little practice they'll come out like new. Be sure to pick up the Novus Plastic Polish kit to really show the results. You can find it here for a decent price. I tried wetsanding and polishing my headlights with Meguires PlastX and the 3M kit from Autozone and they still came out looking slightly hazy. Nothing compared to the Novus kit.

            Re: headlight haze

i used 3 different grit sandpapers (i dont recall the numbers though) then plastix plastic polish (meguires or mothers, dont remember) and my headlights came out awesome

they look like crap again though.. you really have to keep putting the polish on every once in a while or they will look worse
