i would just keep the manual windows. i have manual windows in my maro and have no porblems, my buddy has power windows in his trans-am and has nothing but problems.
but i remember seeing a kit with all the stuff for like 200 a kit or something, cant remeber the site
maybe it was summit
i dont really know

Is everyone really having this much trouble? I've replaced my driver's window motor once with a $25 eBay motor. Two years later it still runs nice and fast. :tup:
is it possible to go from auto windows to manual? just swap door panels?
you dont have to swap door panels to go to manual windows. Every panel has the cut out in the panel itself. If u take the panel off ull c what im talkin about. All u have to do is make a slit in the carpet covering allowing the shaft to come threw it and attach ur crank handle. All i had to do when i swapped my leather panels over from the RS

im going to upgrade to leather everything soon and plan to go with newer door panels anyways, so if i go ahead and get the manual door panels, would it be just bolt on? Any other things like removing the wiring and such from the auto?
