okay, so I ended up buying another set of rims...weld prostars with an 11.5 m/t radial on it...

    2 questions.

    1) I broke a stud (stripped it accidentally) am I safe enough to drive the car to work tommorrow until I can get it fixed?

    2) what should I torque the lugs to when I put these rims on for the track?

you are fine driving on 4 lugs. gees i did for entire winter (2 cold to change it)

as for the tq....i would see what the rim can take. some of those metals are very soft

ok I'm probably only going to go 80...how would you tell if its is too much?

and one more question...I need to widen a few of the lug nut holes very slightly...what can I do, just take a dremel very quickly around the holes?

I ended up buying better lugs...so they all fit now..they are the shank style...but two final questions...do I need to get these balanced? and do I need hubcentric centers, since the hub doesnt sit on my axle hub...the guy at the store said I dont need them with the weld prostars and shank lugs...
