        no, they are rusted lol.. im gonna sand them and paint them along with my calipers

          Next time you get your wheels balanced ask them to not put weights on the outside of your rim... There's a way to balance using "sticky" weights just inside the spokes of the rim and then use the normal clamp-on weights on the inner lip... at Sears the machines they used when I worked there called it "Alloy-2" balancing, not sure if that's universal or not, though

                    yeah that weight looks awkward to me for some reason..that the only weight thats on my wheels thats on the outside..
