does anyone make a sealed beam HID that will replace the stock ones, or is there a mod like on the 93-97 camaro's where you remove the bulb and whatnot?

Re: 98+ firebird HID? Do they make it?
I believe they sell some sealed beam type conversion with cheapo projectors, but as for HID, you're best bet is to search. You can find HID conversion kits solely based on the connector type for the bulb you are replacing, and can, in theory, convert any headlight to HID. Legally, however, it will take more than that.
