i removed some spray paint off my interior pieces...the remover worked great but left faded spots on the panels. Is there any way to fix the spots without painting it? i read somewhere to use wax but it didnt do much. Thanks

It would still be painting, but maybe just a coat of clear?

On interior plastic? That's probably why the spaypaint was on there in the first place.

      Any pics?

paint it black? or graphite to match ur interior. i had to do that to mine after i stripped off the white paint that was on there.

          Re: fading

had it painted graphite but now just want to go back to stock color....i just used some black magic interior shine and it looks like it worked but i have to be sure once it starts wearing off to see if its still faded. Overall im satisfied sorry i had no pics of the faded spots.

Clear coat would work, but you're right, it would look tacky if you used gloss. Use a satin clear coat and it will look like brand new plastic.

I agree with Schlotzky, the dash and console in my firebird was faded in a few spots (its a convertible) and I used flat clear. Works wonders.

Yep, the key to staying away from tacky and cheap looking interior parts is to stay away from high gloss items.
