1996 to 2000 z28 rear

Does anyone know if a rear end from a 2000 z28 will go into a 1995 to 1997 v6 fbody?

The rear end will physically fit. The gears and brakes will most likely be different (maybe that's what you're going for?). Also, depending on the rear, the ABS systems may be different.

^ Yes you'll run into problems if it is a 4 channel, your ABS light will come on and your ABS won't work. You'll need a 3 channel thats what I have heard.

Already figured out its a 4 channel. And i know how it fix the issue. The douche that sold it to me told me it doesnt have traccont. and it totally does, so after I fit the brake lines from seperate to one and splice the wires for the ABS to the old plug it should be gravy.

^ this has good info for the rear end swaps. he says all the plugs are the same, which isnt true, but with an old plug and sauder should be pretty easy to splice the wires.
