What are the pros/cons of both? I ordered a bearing, should I change it with a bushing instead?

whether you have a 3.8 or a 3.4 will decide what you have I believe. There is no switching between the 2. Some sites will list a bearing for the 3.8 but it's a bushing. Found this out the hard way.-Brad

get the bushing, i have seen people have the bearing fail on them countless times, ruining their crank and input shaftComment

the "bearing" on rock auto is a bushing, been there done that :) Get the HD bushing they list.-Brad

which ever one doesnt have the little rollers in it.
