ABS Ring

I had a Series II carrier open diff with 3.08 gears in my car. I had a Series III Eaton LSD installed with 4.10 gears. I found out shortly after that the ABS ring from the Series II doesnt fit the Series III. So would an ABS ring that came on a stock Series III carrier fit my new carrier?

Yes, you'll need the 1/2" ABS reluctor ring from a 3-series carrier to match yours. You can get one from the dealership for about $30. P/N 26029185.

I thought series III carriers were the ones with abs sensors in the wheels

The sensors on each rear wheel mean you have 4 channel ABS. One sensor on the ring gear means you have 3 channel ABS.
