Long time no post!
I think I may have damaged something, gents, just not sure what... Back in the late summer, I was having some fun on a country road. Floored it, tires broke free and it started hopping HARD, before I could even let off the gas. Easy diagnosis there, LCA bushings were shot. But ever since then, the car has been... shuddering? Feels as if something is bent, or off center, and as it turns, the car is effected. Not a quick vibration, but slower, almost like the feeling you get from an egg shaped tire.
I've spent months trying to figure out what it is on my own, but simply do not know enough about drivetrains to figure it out. It only occurs under acceleration, usually about 2500RPM and up. Never during deceleration or while cruising. It also seems to get worse, the more weight that is added to the car. There is no sound involved, that I can even begin to hear. Feels to the seat of the pants as if it is coming from the rear of the car. But that is far from an accurate test.
Any ideas? Am I just straight up retarded?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Edit: Missed information.
The car's a Camaro, 98, Y87 package, 99,000 miles, stock besides a cat-back, Whisper lid and SLP intake.
